We provide same-day service based on availability. Please call to confirm if we have a car, van, or limo available for you. Otherwise, we request 24-hour advanced notice on all reservations.

Where do you go?
All airports, concert venues, anywhere you need to go.

Do you have shared cars?
Yes, a shared car means that you may ride with another passenger from the same area that has booked a ride at the same time as you. When you book a shared car we may need to adjust your pick up time accordingly.

Do you have private cars?
Yes. This is a car where no one else will ride with you or your booked party.

What are your rates?
We don’t list our rates as it’s very difficult to provide quotes based on the variables of your trip request. Please fill out our request form or give us a call and we'll be happy to provide pricing based on your needs.

Do your fares include tolls and tips?
Our rates include tolls but not any tipping.

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
There is no set time. As soon as you have your itinerary and want to make a reservation please call us.

What do you provide for weddings?
We provide drinking glasses, ice, a red carpet, and a just married sign. We can provide alcohol in the limo upon request and for an additional fee. For legal reasons it must be charged separately.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards.

How will you find me upon arrival?
We track your flight so, after you have obtained your luggage, call 815-344-4466 and we will tell you where we are, the type of car waiting for you, and the name of your driver.

What is your largest vehicle?
We have a 12-passenger limo.

Do you provide car seats or booster seats for my child?
Yes, we can provide both upon request at no extra charge.

How do the drivers dress for weddings and charters?
Our drivers wear black dress slacks, white dress shirt, black tie, dress shoes and a black suit jacket.

Do you stock the limos with alcohol?
We can provide alcohol in the limo upon request and for an additional fee. For legal reasons it must be charged separately.

One person is under 21 but everyone is the legal drinking age. Can we still have alcohol in the limo?
Unfortunately, no. For legal reasons, alcohol is only allowed in our limos if everyone is 21 or older.

Can we smoke in your vehicles?
No. Smoking is stricly prohibited.

Can we decorate the limo?
Yes, but tape is not allowed on any painted surface.

Do you break up the minimum on charters?
Most of our vehicles have no minimum, but a few do due to vehicle demand. However, for those with no minimum, the more hours you charter the better hourly rate you will receive.
